Meet the Team

Project Development Officer – Dave Tristram

Dave advises voluntary and community sector and not-for-profit groups on project development and funding opportunities in Herefordshire, a job he has been doing for 9 years, in which time he has dealt with over 1,000 groups within the county. He also advises and supports groups with funding applications to external funders as well as working closely with other stakeholders to maximise internal opportunities. Dave works for Herefordshire Council but is based at our hvoss office two days a week (Wed/Thurs) and is currently interested in how existing funding knowledge and expertise can be incorporated into a wider and more holistic network of possibilities to ensure sustainability within the sector.

Development Worker – Abbie Mason

Abbie has worked in and with the voluntary sector throughout her career, working closely with existing and new communities in both urban and rural settings. Also trained in guidance and confidence building, Abbie enjoys working with people to help them identify and improve their skills and achieve their goals. Abbie lives with her husband in the Golden Valley, and is a part-time Arabic Dance tutor and performer.
