Clerk to the Trustees of Wellington Charities

The Trustees of the Wellington Charities, which incorporates the charities of ‘Charities of Nott, Perrott & Others – Charity No. 218041’, ‘Educational Foundation of Nott & Perrott – Charity No. 507038’ and ‘Wellington Relief in Need – Charity No. 504112’ are seeking to appoint a Clerk to the Trustees.

The Clerk to the Trustees is currently responsible for;

  • Working collaboratively with the Chair of the Trustees.
  • Organising the Trustees meetings (approx. 5 per year) which includes booking the venue, creating and distributing the agenda and any supplementary information, taking notes at the meeting and providing minutes.
  • Liaising with residents of the Almshouses and contractors and suppliers of services to the Almshouses.
  • Liaising with the Trustee/s who has an oversight of the managing the Almshouses.
  • Managing and coordinating enquires and requests for assistance related to the ‘Education Foundation’ and ‘Wellington in Relief’ charities.

The current remuneration for this position is £15 per hour.
