C.A.R.E. (Herefordshire) CIC operates 'The Golden Valley Community Hub'.

We are based on Pontrilas Business Park in rural South Herefordshire.

Our services include: G.V. Community Cafe - a beautiful safe and warm Cafe that provides twice weekly 'Lunch Clubs' - Tuesdays and Sundays.

We operate 7 days a week and host an array of arts & crafts activities. Our primary objective is to help redress 'rural social isolation & loneliness'.

Our friendly and informal Cafe also forms part of Herefordshire Council 'Talk Community Hub'. A service that enables residents of all ages to access information & support.

G.V. Fitness Centre adjoins G.V. Cafe; and also operates 7 days a week.

Our primary objective is to improve better Health & Fitness outcomes for all residents of all ages.

Our team of dedicated and friendly gym staff are on hand to help and support you.

We have an 'open door' policy .... your health and wellbeing is important to us. Pop by for an informal chat over a delicious coffee and home-baked cake.
