Citizens Advice Herefordshire is continuing to offer free, impartial and independent advice to clients during the pandemic.

Citizens Advice Herefordshire is continuing to offer free, impartial and independent advice to clients during the pandemic. We offer advice on a range of issues relating to employment, benefits, housing, debt, immigration, family, health, legal and consumer issues. Our advisers also have access to our local and national specialist teams and partners.

Whilst we are having to work differently during the pandemic, our advisers and specialist teams are all working from home and available to help. Although we are unable to see people face to face, either in our office or outreach centres, we have increased the services we can provide over the telephone and online.

Until the current restrictions and Government guidelines are changed, Citizens Advice Herefordshire can be contacted by telephone, text or email.
