If you work with people in the community and think that someone is in need of support with their home energy, you can refer them to the energy advocacy service.
For anybody in Herefordshire feeling overwhelmed by home energy, who needs a helping hand, or is struggling to pay their energy bills and keep their home warm, energy advocate Amy can offer them friendly, professional advice.
The energy advocate can work along side people to help with; understanding and managing bills, fuel debt, meter issues, liaising with energy companies, keeping warm on a budget, advice on switching tariffs and suppliers. She can provide energy efficiency advice, money saving top tips and link clients to heating and insulation grants.
Support can be provided over the phone, online and where needed home visits can also be made.
Email: firstname.lastname@example.org Or refer directly to the service using the secure form: https://keepherefordshirewarm.co.uk/contact/refer/ and choose 'advice and support' or 'energy bills and debt advocacy'
