Deputy Chief Officer, Life skills and Leisure
ECHO is a charity working mainly with people with moderate or severe learning difficulties. We also support people with mental health needs or who have physical or sensory impairments. ECHO runs 25 different activities each week in community settings across Herefordshire.
We are seeking an experienced and motivated person to join the Senior Management Team as Deputy Chief Officer for our Life skills and Leisure work.
A skilled manager of people, you will support our project staff to deliver high quality activities across Herefordshire. The successful candidate will manage a portfolio of projects that help our participants to be the best they can be and play an active part in the community.
It is a part time appointment of 22.5 hours per week. Hours to be spread between 9.00am to 5.00pm, Monday to Friday (working pattern open to negotiation). You will be based in Leominster with some home working. However, on occasion you will need to work outside of these times, which may include evenings or weekends.
