is looking for an Office Administrator.

We are a unique, well-established, registered charity providing valued support and opportunities for children and young people with a disability.

We run Saturday and Summer Holiday Activity Sessions and Evening Sessions throughout the County for our young people.

Due to increasing demand for our services, we are recruiting for an experienced Office Administrator to help ensure the smooth running of the Charity. We are looking for an enthusiastic person who will carry out a wide range of activities including:

  • Providing administrative support to colleagues
  • Promoting member services through a variety of media
  • Acting as a point of contact for families, workers and volunteers
  • Organising workshops and events
  • Carrying out general office duties as required

You will have previous experience of working in a busy office environment, carrying out a wide range of tasks and activities. Ideally with previous experience of a charity and/or the disability or children’s and families sectors, you will have excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently while being an ambassador for the charity.

We offer an enhanced DBS check, high quality training and the chance to develop many valuable transferable skills.

The anticipated hours for the post are 16 hours per week but can be flexible for the right candidate. The salary for 16 hours is £24,418 p.a.
